Anyone here tried the new Fuji Velvia 100 yet? - 10/14/2003
As I mainly use Velvia 50, I am quite excited about testing the new
I'll try it out as soon as possible and then give my impressions
here - has anyone else already done so?

Yes I've tried it. appears to be much like Fuji 50.
I can't see much difference. I have only tried a few
rolls and they were with flash at a wedding.

sounds too good to be true! There's nothing like Velvia - incredible saturation and resolution.
If there now is a 100 ASA version, it will be possible to use the film under low-light conditions and hand-hold pictures that otherwise would have required the use of a tripod...

the grain on the velvia 100 vs. the velvia 50 is pretty much the same. and is nice to use in low light.
