Zoom lenses - 12/30/2006
Hello. Could anyone please give me insight on a zoom lens suitable for Minolta Dynax Maxuum.I am wanting to shoot football and cricket( I'm from Australia, they're big grounds) I have a 100mm- 300mm, but would like to get in closer. Thanks(hoping!) Mark

Since minolta went out of business last year and sold their camera business to Sony, you may want to check out some Sony lenses. They continue to use the same mount as the previous Minolta cameras used. Also, try Ebay, but make sure you are looking for Maxxum lenses.
