Silent Service Listed in: Fleets and Ships > Submarines
The Silent Service WebRing is a group of sites dedicated to the preservation and dissemination of the history of the United States submarine Force. The sites are made up of pages regarding all types of submarines: gasoline, diesel and nuclear. The majority of the webmasters are submarine sailors from World War II to present. The rest are associated with submarine museums or are involved in historical research.

   Submarines Forever
This is my blog about Submarines, the Navy, the Military, the Government, and anything else about life I want to bitch about. This blog operates under the S.O.P. for Submarine philosophy, so if you have a tendency to get easily offended, or think you're better than those of us who are, then this is your warning!

   USS Philadelphia SSN 690
This site is dedicated to the USS Philadelphia SSN 690 and the men that served aboard her.

Web Site Of The USS REMORA (SS-487)
This site is unique for the USS Remora and all other trench class boats. Visit the USS Remora Forum. An easy way to communicate with your fellow shipmates. DBF!

   Spanish Republican Submarine C3
In this Web Site we want to pay a tribute to the brave submariners who left their life defending the city and inhabitants of Malaga during the Spanish Civil War. In December 12th, 1,936 the Republican Submarine C3 patrolled in the neighborhoods of Malaga (Spain), when it received a torpedo's hit fired by the German submarine U34 in her way home back to Germany after participating in the so called "Operacin Ursula" in which two submarines of German navy (without ensign and painted out all distinguishing marks) supported to one of combatant sides.

   USS Stonewall Jackson SSBN 634
Run SILENT, Run DEEP...Submarines Page for all of us who have had the honor of sharing in the life of one of THE BOATS and helping to create history under the seas. This site also includes ship's sounds, personal photos from my time aboard USS Stonewall Jackson (SSBN 634) and links
